April Project Pan Update - We Have Pan!
If you will recall in my last project pan update, I had made some decent progress and had decided to add a few new items into the project. One of those items was a bronzer from Fenty. I have NEVER hit pan on a bronzer. But I felt because this was a cream bronzer I had a better shot as doing so. WELL… I hit pan y’all!
I have made progress on other items as well, and finished a handful more that I didn’t include in my project pan. Most notably I finished two more perfumes, Jo Malone Wild Bluebell and the rest of my never-ending Tokyo Milk Dead Sexy 06. That was the fragrance that would never end and had been part of my 2020 project pan pre-Panorama.
I’ve also made significant progress on my Neutrogena Eye Makeup Remover. I think I should be done with it by the end of May if not sooner. As for my Lime Crime brow products…these truly are the clown cars of brow products. There is SO MUCH product in these tiny components! I keep thinking that I am almost at the end and then…nope. They just keep going. I’m so over them and am tempted to swap them out but it doesn’t make any sense to do so since I will still be using them everyday anyway.
I didn’t reach much for my Laneige Glowy Makeup Serum. Mainly because I kept forgetting it. I need to do a better job remembering to use it because I think I could finish it fairly quickly. Still chugging along with the CoverFx PowerPlay Concealer. I am going to swap it out for something else for a bit since I have a new concealer that I really was to use. I will add it back in later in the year.
And now to the star of this post: My Fenty Cream Bronzer in Macchiato. I’ve been using this consistently every time I do my makeup. I apply it after my foundation, powder my face and then apply a powder bronzer over it and it’s been creating the most perfectly bronzed look for me. I was shocked when I hit pan because it happened so suddenly and the pan has been getting bigger and bigger each time I use it. It’s so satisfying to watch.
I think I can completely finish this by June if I keep using it. We will see. I’m just happy that I made such great progress already.
In place of the CoverFx concealer I will be swapping in another fragrance, Philosophy Amazing Grace Bergamot. I bought this last year just as were going into lockdown and haven’t used it very much since. I wasn’t sure how I felt about the scent at first but it’s grown on me.
